Wendy Williams Takes Time Out To Treat Her Ailment


Williams made the announcement Wednesday during a live broadcast of her hit talk show “The Wendy Williams Show.”

Reps for Wendy said, “yesterday, Wendy’s doctor prescribed a necessary three weeks of rest to get her levels and medication in sync. The show will be on repeats during this period. A live show was produced today so that Wendy could explain her condition directly to her fans.”

Last week Wendy was visibly a bit shaky during a broadcast and then, for the first time ever, took a few days off.

Wendy is known for basically pushing through anything and everything to make sure she never misses a day of work.

IGP Orders For Immediate Sack Of Plateau Police Commissioner

Hours after the killing of over 100 people in Barkin Ladi, Riyom and Jos South Local Government Areas, the Inspector-General of Police, Ibrahim Idris has ordered the sacking of the Plateau State Commissioner of Police, Undie Adie, with immediate effect. He was replaced by Yobe state-born Bala Ciroma, who was until his new position the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department. A terse statement issued on Tuesday by the Spokesperson of Plateau State Police Command, Matthias Tyopev, a Deputy Superintendent of Police, neither gave reasons for the removal nor explained his new posting. Former Temptations lead singer Dennis Edwards dies at 74

Lead singer of The Temptations, Dennis Edwards has die. He died yesterday February 2nd in a Chicago hospital, just a day before his 75th birthday, after suffering a stroke. According to report he had been battling with meningitis and pneumonia before his death. The American singer was born in Fairfield, Alabama and began singing as a toddler in his father's church. He joined the Temptations in 1968 and sang with the group from 1968 to 1976, 1980 to 1984 and 1987 to 1989. In the mid-1980s, he attempted a solo career, scoring a hit in 1984 with "Don't Look Any Further" In 1989, he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of the group.
