More than 20 people has died after an incident involving a vehicle and stabbings in the London Bridge area of the capital, police have said. Armed police responded to reports of a van hitting pedestrians on the bridge in central London. The Met Police said officers were also at Borough Market nearby where they were responding to reports of stabbings in the restaurant and bar venue. The force said it was also attending a reported incident in Vauxhall. Downing Street said Prime Minister Theresa May, who has been campaigning in the general election, was returning to No 10 to receive further briefings from security officials. Policemen in Lagos state have arrested a driver employed by former President Olusegun Obasanjo's wife for stealing. Former President Olusegun ObasanjoA 32-year old driver attached to the wife of the former Nigeria president, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, Joseph Osunbor has been arrested and charged before a Lagos court for allegedly stealing two motorcycles belonging to two women. The suspect was arrested with his boss' SUV at Igando area where he went to visit his family. The Benue State-born Osunbor allegedly defrauded the victims, Mrs Chinenye Uzoka and Sabina Onyebueze who gave him the motorcycles on hire purchase before he ran way with the bikes since 2015. The Police Special Fraud Unit has arrested a mother of four in Benin for alleged internet fraud and cybercrime. Iyobosa Owen, a professional table tennis player, is accused of creating a fraudulent Facebook account in the name of William Walton and using it to defraud her victims. According to the police, Ms. Owen connived with one Efe Martin, who is said to reside in South Africa, to obtain €25,000 (about N9 million) from a Belgian woman in a love scam. “Sometime in February, 2017, Iyobosa told the victim to wire the money from her account in Luxembourg, Belgium, to nominated account in the United States of America,” the police said in a statement. The money was eventually transferred to Lagos, with Ms. Owen as the ultimate beneficiary, the statement added. Police have launched manhunt looking for three women who murdered and dismembered a 22-year-old woman, Warissara “Amm” Klinjui in Thailand on May 23. The three suspects, Priyanuch Nongwangchai, 24,  Kawita Rachada, 25, and Apiwan Satayabundit, 28, are wanted on suspicion of killing of the young woman in the northeastern province of Khon Kaen. It’s alleged they lured her into a car, strangled her to death and then sawed her body in half as part of a revenge plot. Her remains were found buried May 25 in two large buckets.  Police in Chiang Rai province earlier said three women matching their descriptions were found in the the border town of Tachileik, Myanmar, on Thursday. The Ogun State Police Command has arrested two prostitutes for allegedly killing a customer, Adeyinka Olayinka. The commercial sex workers named Kudirat Raji also known as Angela and Esther Basiru allegedly killed Olayinka at KS Hotel, Ifo area of the state. In a statement by the Command’s spokesperson, Abimbola Oyeyemi, both suspects stabbed Olayinka with a broken bottle during an argument over payment for sexual services rendered. According to Oyeyemi, the argument started after the victim reneged on paying the prostitutes the amount that was agreed upon. Oyeyemi said: “The victim was supervising an ongoing construction work on his property and so he spent the night at the hotel. He contracted Kudirat Raji to pass the night with him on an agreed amount but reneged on their agreement.  “His refusal to pay the agreed amount led to a hot argument between them.
