Nigeria Beat Togo 3-0 in international friendly game



Ahmed Musa scored two goals in the first half and another one from Manchester City striker Kelechi Iheanacho that helped the Super Eagles to a 3-0 win over Togo on Thursday night in Paris.

This will be the first time the Super Eagles will win in three matches and they did it in a convincing manner, recording a 3-0 victory over The Sparrow Hawks in an international friendly match staged at Stade Municipal de Saint Leu La Foret on Thursday.

IGP Orders For Immediate Sack Of Plateau Police Commissioner

Hours after the killing of over 100 people in Barkin Ladi, Riyom and Jos South Local Government Areas, the Inspector-General of Police, Ibrahim Idris has ordered the sacking of the Plateau State Commissioner of Police, Undie Adie, with immediate effect. He was replaced by Yobe state-born Bala Ciroma, who was until his new position the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department. A terse statement issued on Tuesday by the Spokesperson of Plateau State Police Command, Matthias Tyopev, a Deputy Superintendent of Police, neither gave reasons for the removal nor explained his new posting.
