Woman gives birth on flight, baby gets free lifetime travel pass.



"The baby was born around 8.45am, while the flight landed at Mumbai at 9.12," said an airport source. Among the passengers was a paramedic who, along with the flight attendants, assisted the pregnant passenger, Cicymol Jose, a source said. The new passenger had neither a passport or a valid air ticket, but since his is the first birth aboard a Jet Airways flight, the airline rewarded him with a free lifetime pass for air travel.

373 illegal pharmacies, patent drug stores shut in Ogun.

About 373 illegal pharmacies and patent medicine stores have been shutdown by the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria in Ogun State for various offences. The Director, Inspection and Monitoring Department, PCN, Mrs. Anthonia Aruya, revealed this on Friday in Abeokuta, while briefing journalists about the activities of the council. : : Giving the breakdown, she said 15 pharmacies and 358 patent stores were affected.
