Man killed in Bayelsa

The Bayelsa State police have arrested a 40-year-old man, Stephen Ogho-Oghene Akpata, for stabbing his wife, Oyinye Faustina Eze, to death, one month after their court wedding along the Kpansia area of Yenagoa.
According to an eye witness, the suspect Osaro Akindele Okhomina, confessed that he murdered his wife, Oyinye Faustina Eze, 33, after they both had sex at their residence along the Kpansia area of Yenagoa, the State capital.
Image may contain: 2 peopleAccording to the suspect, he became angered after he saw a text message on her phone indicating she was having an extramarital affair, he confronted her and argument ensured, then he stabbed her on the neck and on the shoulder leading to her death. The deceased was a staff of Globacom.
He also confessed to have served in various detention centers in Australia.
