What APC, Buhari did to me after I brought them to power – Atiku



In an interview aired during yesterday’s morning programme of the Hausa Service of the Voice of America (VOA), Atiku said he had been sidelined despite the fact that he used his contacts and resources to defeat the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in 2015. “Honestly speaking, I’m still a member of the APC; I was part of all the processes, including campaigns until success was achieved. 

 “But sadly, soon after the formation of government; I was side-lined, I have no any relationship with the government, I’ve not been contacted even once to comment on anything and in turn, I maintained my distance. They used our money and influence to get to where they’re but three years down the lane, this is where we are,” Atiku said.

Gov Wike Offers Young Musician Nengi Jaja 40million Scholarship

The scholarship worth N40million will cover the education of Master Jaja from Secondary School up to University Level. Governor Wike announced the Scholarship on Sunday at the State Ecumenical Centre in Port Harcourt during the Thanksgiving Service in honour of Prince Uche Secondus where the young musician performed soul lifting songs. The governor directed the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Province 5 to open an account for the musician in laision with his family for the purpose of his training. He urged the church to closely monitor and guard the young musician to ensure that he fulfils his destiny.

The development came exactly a week after the two top government officials engaged in an altercation at the same venue. Oyo-Ita, on arrival at the Council Chambers, venue of the meeting went straight to Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo and greeted him. She was still discussing with Osinbajo when Kyari arrived. All smiles, Kyari and Oyo-Ita embraced publicly as cameramen struggled to get good shots of the public display of affection. Other members of the council clapped for them as the drama unfolded.
